Luffy had another power-up and looked like a thunder god in the last chapter. One Piece Chapter 1047 will continue with the ongoing fight between Kaido and Luffy and all the commotion happening on the Onigashima island.
In the last chapter, we saw Raizo’s plan and how he took inspiration from Oden to execute his plan. Raizo’s plan is to set the whole island on fire. The plan had something to do with his scrolls and we already saw him using the scrolls against Kaido in fights. He used them to store and release Kaido’s bolo breath.
He did this when he was in Zou. This time he had Zunesha’s bathwater in his scrolls. The came into his mind 20 years ago when he saw Oden’s castle burning. He took inspiration and was already prepared for it if something like this situation comes up in the future. Raizo released the water from the scroll and it created a flood inside the castle.
The one who is controlling the water is straw hat Jinbe. We also saw Sanji and Zoro in the last chapter. Sanji was talking about something while unconscious Zoro was being taken away by Franky. Then on the last page, Luffy caught a thunder and looked like a thunder god and then attacked Kaido while saying ‘Go ahead’.
