In the previous chapter, we saw Kuma’s backstory of how his life progressed and how he sacrificed everything to save her daughter Bonney. The Bonney Pirates were searching for Kuma but when they arrived Kuma warped away from there. Their attacks turned many people into kids and Marines thought that they were evil pirates who hurt kids. The kids were all Marines. Kuma was aware that Bonney was looking for her.

He then met with Vegapunk and told him about Luffy and Dragon. Vegapunk was in disbelief upon hearing that Luffy was Dragon’s son. When Bonney was introduced, Kuma was outside the restaurant and was proud of her. Then he heard about the incident of the Tenryuubito and saw Luffy punching a Tenryuubito to protect a Gyojin. This was a very rebellious act according to Kuma. Kuma believed that Luffy would be the one who would change the seas forever.

According to what they promised, Kuma gave his memory to Vegapunk. His entire life flashed before him as he remembered all the people he loved and cared about in his life. Everyone on Egghead was sad as Vegapunk wiped Kuma’s memories. Bonney was in the “Nikyu Room” on Egghead Island. The sphere with Kuma’s memory was gone and Bonney was crying on the floor. The last words from Kuma to Bonney were a birthday wish for her 10th birthday.

• Bonney comes out of “Nikyu Room” and turns to her child form.
• She then apologized to Vegapunk. Vegapunk gave her the 10th birthday present from Kuma
• The present is a sun necklace made of sapphire.
• Back to the present. Bonney uses her attack “Nika Mitaina Mirai” against Saturn.
• Her attack doesn’t work and she’s suddenly weakened.
• Saturn thinks to himself that the “Nika” Bonney knows is different from the real one.
• Bonney only can replicate the rubber power part.
• Meanwhile, everyone cannot move due to Saturn’s power, Suddenly Luffy starts eating food on the floor.
• Saturn notices it and orders Luffy to be restrained with Kairouseki.
• It’s revealed that “Toshi Toshi no Mi” power was given to Bonney by Saturn.
• Saturn conducted some experiments on people to give them Devil Fruit powers.

• Saturn gave the medicine to Ginny but she got the “Sapphire Scales” disease as a side effect.
• Saturn didn’t expect the disease and the “Devil Fruit” power to be passed on to Bonney too.
• Bonney’s power allows her to transform into any future she can imagine.
• Bonney is despairing and starts to doubt Nika’s existence, so her Nika form becomes weak.
• Bonney apologizes to her father because she’s about to die despite Kuma giving up his life for her.
• Saturn is about to kill Bonney, but suddenly Kuma arrives at Egghead Island and destroys the Marines.
• Kuma then grabs Bonney with his hand and uses his body to shield Bonney from Saturn’s leg that hit Kuma’s back.
• Then Kuma pulls out Saturn’s leg from his back, turns towards him, and prepares to punch Saturn in rage.
• The chapter ends with Saint Saturn’s face sweating and he is scared.
