In the last chapter, we saw All for One’s death. Afo was thinking that he had to reach Shigaraki anyhow. He does not have any good memories and wants to ruin it all for others too. AFO then turned into a baby and shot a spike at Bakugou who was coughing up blood. Bakugou destroys the spike with his teeth and says it’s nap time for him. AFO is crying as emotions take over him and says that this is not him.

AFO then turned into a fetus and then an egg cell and then disappeared. Bakugou said that he wanted to do the All Might victory pose but he was exhausted. In a flashback, we saw the heroes meeting as they discussed that they have to separate AFO and Shigaraki so that they can stop them. Shigaraki told Deku if he touched the ground he could destroy a big part of Japan in a single week.

Shigaraki then realized that his master All for One died. He said that this was AFO’s fault and he should have killed Bakugo when he had the chance but he was also grateful for making him strong. Shigaraki then touched Deku’s face but it looked like Deku dodged it. Banjo shouted that Shinomori was gone. Shigaraki stole Danger Sense. Shigaraki then asked Deku for how long he could keep fighting.

• Yoichi says that this is a successor battle and they have to defeat Tomura. Nana looks conflicted.
• Banjo says their biggest challenge will be the Regeneration.
• Then a giant hand appears inside the vestiges.
• Shinomori sacrifices himself to protect the other vestiges and gets absorbed by Shigaraki.
• Shigaraki says so this was the power my master struggled to steal.
• Deku mixes Black Whip, Fa Jin, and Gearshift to use “Black Chain”.
• Shigaraki dodges it with Danger Sense.
• Then Shigaraki goes for an attack while mocking Deku.
• Deku protects himself with the black whip, but his mask breaks.
• They are now fighting right beside Mt. Fuji.

• Shinomori says that the quirks getting stolen won’t decrease OFA’s base strength, because that’s stored on the quirk itself, not on the quirk factors.
