In the first episode, we saw the story of a new college graduate Akira Tendo who was very excited to join his favorite industry and gave his time and hard work for it. But there was some shocking revelation waiting for him as he was not aware of the intense work culture of the industry.
He was not able to go back home for several days since he joined but he was holding it all as he was motivated at first this motivation also fell apart with time but he was not able to leave this job for only one reason.
On the very first day of his job, he encountered a woman in his office Soari Ootori and fell in love with her but this dream also came to crashing as he got to know that Ootori was the mistress of the CEO of the company he was working for. His love for her remained intact but things took falling after a few years when getting out of bed seemed impossible for Tendo.
He wished that things could end all at once and something like that happened too. One day while leaving for work Tendo got chased by a Zombie and soon realized that the city has turned into a zombie land. He was so happy by this apocalypse that he did not even realize that people he care about will get hurt.
He then left for Ootori’s apartment to check on her and found the boss there. After getting rid of the boss, Tendo realized that Ootori also had turned into a zombie. Heartbroken Tendo confessed his feelings and left and now he will be working on fulfilling a list of tasks he could never have done while working.
