Overlord Season 4 has been announced along with a new anime Overlord film titled Sei Oukoku-hen (Holy Kingdom Arc).
The Overlord Season 4 will adapt Volume 10 of the Light Novel. The Holy Kingdom Arc will adapt Volume 12 and Volume 13 of the Light Novel written by Kugane Maruyama and illustrated by so-bin.
The Release Date of Overlord Season 4 and the New Movie is yet to be announced.
Announced after three years of the previous installment, the staff and cast of Overlord Season 4 will reprise their roles from the previous installment.
Madhouse will animate the Overlord Season 4. The studio also animated the previous three seasons of Overlord. A visual has been revealed along with the announcement.
Though the staff and cast of Overlord Fourth Season were announced, the staff and cast behind the Overlord anime film are yet to be announced.

Plot of Volume 10:
As the Sorcerer King, Ainz decides to turn the kingdom into a utopia with different races. Following which Ainz turns to the Baharuth Empire, one of the three nations neighboring Nazarick to strengthen the Adventurer’s Guild. Taken aback by the sudden emergence in the power of the Sorcerer Kingdom, the rulers of each country are devising countermeasures.
Plot of the Holy Kingdom Arc:
The Holy Kingdom led by the Holy Queen Calca Bessarez is defended by a Great Wall protecting the eastern borders. The Great Wall is attacked by an allied demi-human army led by the Demon Emperor, Jaldaboath.
After the merciless destruction by the Demon Emperor, The Holy Kingdom seeks help from their mortal enemy, the Sorcerer Kingdom. With the sorcerer King Ainz Ooal Gown, the Holy Kingdom begins their counter-attack to defeat the Demon Emperor Jaldaboath.
The official Twitter of Overlord anime has mentioned that more details including Overlord Season 4 release date will be revealed at a later date.

With the same staff, cast, and studio from the previous three seasons, Overlord’s Fourth Season should be as consistent and entertaining as the previous seasons.
