The fourth season of the anime series High School DxD concludes with Sairaorg attempting to use Regulus’s power to transform into his Balance Breaker, Regulus Rey Leather Rex, at the suggestion of Issei and Regulus. Issei and Sairaorg engage in another fight, with Sairaorg initially gaining the upper hand.
