All Might knows that he does not stand a chance in this fight but in My Hero Academia Chapter 397 he is trying to provoke All for One so that he makes a mistake and All Might can buy more time.

In the last chapter, we saw the events 20 minutes before the clones disappeared. All Might remember what Night Eye said about the villain and realized that he was probably talking about All for One. Then All Might’s car turned into armor and covered his entire body except his mouth. This armor replicates his hero uniform and he asked the car to record the fight. The name of the car is Hercules. All Might then talked to Tsukauchi and La Brava told Tsukauchi that she wants to stream this fight but Tsukauchi denied the request.

Tsukauchi knows that All Might does not stand any chance in this fight and he does not want people to see this. All for One was also aware that this was just to waste his time but he could not resist after seeing All Might’s laughing face. Then All Might gave a command and the car formed a shield around him and a beam hit him. The car then shows the shield destroyed 66%. The beam also destroyed All for one’s hand but it was already healing.

Then All Might shouted ‘Black Whip’ and wires came out of the armor. AFO was about to tear those wires down but a charge came and it slowed the regeneration and gave time to All Might to get close to AFO. Then another part comes flying from Hercules and propels All Might in the sky as he told Tsukauchi that he never goes in a fight he would lose even if it was for a few minutes. We then saw All Might punching All For One in the face.

• All For One gets even angrier and mixes various attacks, which causes a huge explosion.
• This explosion sends All Might flying.
• All Might notice that AFO has started to mix up quirks at random.
• We then see that All Might was protected by the automatic guard of his Utility Cloak – Dark Shadow.
• He realizes that his plan is working he has to keep talking shit about All for One.

• Hercules tells All Might that the cape and various parts of the armor’s arms have been seriously damaged.
• All Might ask him to activate “support mode” on maximum capacity.
• All for One is now trash-talking back and calls All Might garbage.
• He calls him garbage in a garbage bag and he can not defeat him with his toys.
• All Might remember the time he told Deku that he had seen many pro heroes being defeated because they relied too much on support items.
• He also remembers the time when he met Nana for the first time.
• She is floating on top of several defeated villains and asks if Toshinori was really planning on fighting all of them with just a metal pipe.
