In the previous chapter, we saw that Nitoku was able to grapple and pin down Liu. Liu understood that he has no chance of winning so he breaks his own hand to attack Nitoku.

After this Nitoku is hurt pretty bad and releases Liu. Nitoku stands again to fight Liu. Liu acknowledges Nitoku’s strength. Nitoku remembers his master’s word, he always told Nitoku to be free and this was the reason why Nitoku was still fighting.

Both the players attack each other and Liu uses a kick to send Nitoku out of the ring. Liu is declared the winner by ring out. The score is 5-4 with purgatory leading. After the fight, Liu goes towards Nitoku and helps him to get up. Liu told that he will not be able to use his hand any time soon.
