Shinomiya finally manages to harm the humanoid kaiju but her suit gets overheated. Vice commander Hoshina remembers his conversations with Commander Mina and tries to create a chance for Mina to shoot. The chapter ends with Mina shooting through the humanoid kaiju while also destroying his core.
