Jujutsu Kaisen Episode 17 Release Date, Time, Preview, Where to watch?

Jujutsu Kaisen Episode 17 is going to have two girl fights. As per the preview Maki is going to fight Miwa while Nobara will go head to head with Nishimiya. The fights are going to one level up as some of the best animators just joined the animation staff.

In the last episode, Todou was testing Itadori and sees a very significant change and adaptation of the environment in Yuji’s moves. Todou instructs Yuji and says ‘Rise up to new heights’. This fight will continue along with the other fights in the upcoming episode.

After this, Mechamaru and Panda fight and we got to see Mechamaru and Panda’s backstory. Panda is a cursed corpse while Mechamaru is a robot-like cursed object controlled by Kyoto Jujutsu High second-year student Kokichi Muta. Mechamaru tries various techniques but he was not aware of Panda’s cores and Panda took advantage of that and defeated Mechamaru but that was a great fight. And, we expect no less from Jujutsu kaisen episode 17.

Jujutsu Kaisen Episode 16 Recap

Episode 16 starts with Todou guiding Itadori on how to control the flow of internal cursed energy and use it in a powerful way. Yuji is fast at adapting things and manages to learn the technique quickly. Todou is impressed and says ‘Don’t die on me itadori’. Their fight will continue in the next episode.

After the OP we see Nobara and Panda trying to bring Nishimiya down but out of sudden Mechamaru attacks Panda and that was enough to take out one out of three Panda’s cores. The fight continues as both use different moves. Panda uses his combat fighting techniques learned from the principal while Mechamaru uses his blade and blast attacks.

Then, We get to see the backstory of both characters. Panda was created by the principal’s cursed technique while Mechamaru is the creation of Kyoto school’s second-year student Muta. Mechamaru uses his special technique on Panda but Panda activates his gorilla core and this core is very powerful.

But this Gorilla form has its own pros and cons but Panda somehow manages to defeat Mechamaru. Mechamaru hates panda but Panda does not hold a grudge against him and offers help. Muta takes Panda’s words seriously and how other students trust him without knowing his true self.

Muta thinks that there will be a when he will be going on missions as everyone and he will have a full body. More will be revealed in JJK Episode 17. Jujutsu Kaisen anime series is based on the manga of the same name which is currently being serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump. The series is written by Gege Akutami.
