About Horimiya Anime

Horimiya Anime will be adapting the romantic comedy manga of the same name which is written and drawn by mangaka HERO. The manga is still ongoing after being compiled into 15 volumes and is serialized in Square Enix‘s Monthly G Fantasy magazine.

The anime series is animated by well known studio Cloverworks which animated some very famous anime in past including The Promised Neverland, Darling in the FranXX, Fairy Tail series and others.

Story

Kyouko Hori, a high school student who is intelligent and popular has been hiding his other self from others. Her parents are often busy with their work and have to travel a lot. So, she has to take care of his younger brother and do the housework.

Izumi Miyamura is an Otaku, but in reality, he is a good person with an interest in studying. He has nine piercings hidden in his hair and one tattoo on his back. These two oddballs cross paths accidentally and became friends. Now, they share a side they have never shown to anybody else.
