In the previous chapter, we saw that two heroes from Ketsubutsu academy were dispatched to evacuate an area. The heroes being Yo Shindo and Tatami Nakagame. The people did not trust heroes and ignore their request for evacuation. The citizens think that they can fight villains themselves without taking help from heroes.

Shindo tries to explain that they will not be able to fight with nomu and strong villains. He suggested that all the citizens should come with him, but still, they rejected his offer. Tatami receives a message that Muscular is going to attack the area. Shindo prepares to fight Muscular.

Shindo uses his tremoring powers to defeat muscular but is unable to defeat him and just as Muscular is about to kill Shindo, Deku arrives and saves him. Deku says that he arrived because he sensed Muscular using the Fourth’s quirk. Muscular also recognizes Deku and prepares to fight him.
