The first user explains to Deku that as one for all is growing stronger, the images of previous users are easier to form, and because of that reason they are able to communicate with him. The fourth user explains that his cause of death was because of holding one for all for a long period of time.

It is then concluded that if a person having quirk inherits one for all then his lifespan shortens but if a quirkless person inherits one for all then this side effect is not observed. A decision is made that maybe Deku would be the last user of one for all.
