Black Clover Chapter 348 Spoilers, Raw Scans, Release Date

We see how Asta’s biggest fear is revealed to be Asta himself in Black Clover Chapter 348 and how he thinks about things. He considers that he is very weak and this is why he was not able to use Zetten properly. It is all covered in the spoilers section in detail.

In the previous chapter, we saw that Ichika noticed that Ryuzen were powerful for this ongoing battle and they do not need Asta to win this fight against the dragon and Paladins. Then sister Lily came and launched a huge attack that was a mix of Ice x Spatial magic. Ichika noticed that the Paladins have extraordinary amounts of Yoryoku.

Then the Paladin with Beast magic unleashed an illusion spell that shows the affected person the memories of their worst fear. Kezokaku saw a giant frog and Ichika saw her father. Ichika was shocked after seeing his father. He then saw his father talking to Yami about rebuilding the clan. Their father then talked about the medicine passed down for generations that would draw their demonic potential out.

It was a medicine that would make a person go berserk. Yami refused to drink the medicine then their father gave the drink to Ichika. Then after this, her next memory was people running away during the massacre. She then got lost inside her thoughts and realized that she might be the one who was behind killing her whole clan.

We then saw one last memory of their father saying to Ichika “as expected of my child, Ichika”. Daizaemon was in a bad condition but still, he said that they can not lose. Lily said that Lucius has a special place secured for all of them and then prepared for her next attack. On the last page, Ichika was still lost in her thoughts and she was not able to focus on an attack coming her way but then Asta appeared and saved her and he looked like Yami protecting Ichika from their father.

• He says that no matter what happens humans will always have fear.
• We then see an illusion of Asta and the illusion of Asta says “I cannot become the Wizard King.”.
• Yrul is surprised to see that Asta’s fear is Asta himself.
• Yrul’s plan was to unleash Asta’s fear on him and defeat him and he will then get praised by Lucius.
• Asta’s illusion talks about his insecurities and says that “I’m not talented like Yuno”.

• An inner monologue says that he never realized his biggest fear was that he was weak.
• He then says that he just wiped out his weak self during training.
• Yosuga says that Asta found what he was missing during their training.
• Yrul wants to finish Asta in a single attack but Asta cuts him.
• Ichika notices something unusual and Yosuga tells him that Asta just cut off his powers.
